[00:00:02] What's it like being born into addiction? [00:00:06] That's the question. [00:00:07] That's the question that's going to be asked. [00:00:10] And my next guest on this show will be Liam. [00:00:14] I met Liam many years ago. [00:00:18] Liam's mother lived next door to me when I lived in Salisbury East. [00:00:24] She was a chronic addict. [00:00:28] Liam I met when he was maybe four, five weeks of age. [00:00:34] We seen Liam in a cot. [00:00:37] The cot was full of human feces from himself, from nappies, not being changed. [00:00:45] Liam has grown into a good person, but back then, he was born into addiction, and addiction is chronic. [00:00:55] My friend took Liam from his mother and raised him. [00:01:03] There's a lot of circumstances that were involved then, but Liam was taken. [00:01:09] He was raised into a good family. [00:01:13] My friend, my best friend is Liam's older brother now from that substitute family.
